Slim square 8vo, textured black cloth with paper spine label; (toned). [New York]: Museum of Modern Art, (1938). First Edition.<br/> <br/> With September, 1938 on the copyright page, and the limitation leaf at the end. Ownership signature of Tiffany window designer Gene Moore. An excellent, copy, internally flawless. The spine is slightly frayed at the top edge, and the corners are rubbed. Although 5000 copies were printed, this first edition is a landmark book, and fairly uncommon.<br/> <br/>
