Volume I is in Fair condition, with moderate edgewear to cover and corners bumped and rubbed, hinges and joints beginning to split, chipping at spine edges and top portion beginning to come away. Foxing throughout and prior owner names written on front endpapers, pages otherwise clean. Rear endpaper only partially attached, rest of pages are secure.
Volume II is in Good- condition, with moderate edgewear to cover, corners bumped and rubbed, joints and hinges showing some cracking. Foxing throughout and prior owner names written on front endpapers, pages otherwise clean and secure.
Volumes III is in Good- condition, with some edgewear to cover, corners bumped and rubbed, some chipping at joints. Rear hinge has some cracking. Front endpaper detached at top half of page, prior owner name written in front endpapers. Foxing throughout, pages otherwise clean and secure.
