In poor condition, suitable as a reading copy. 8vo. Green cloth binding (possibly re-bound?) with brown leather patch on backstrip containing some gilt lettering, rest of lettering on green cloth. Untrimmed page edges. Some shelf wear, lightly bumped corners, faded spots on boards. Pages 57-60 loose. Some moderate foxing. Frontispiece with portrait, no tissueguard.
