New York: Knopf, 1960. Hardcover. Fine/very good +. The New Dictionary of Quotations is a sixth printing 1960. The American Language is a fourth edition corrected and enlarged rewritten, also dated 1960. The supplements are dated 1961. All four volumes are fine. The dictionary has red-speckled edges and its dustjacket has edgewear and small chips. The other three books have very minor wear at top of jacket spines. The $10 price is on the dust jacket flaps of all four volumes. The slipcase is near fine with very slight wear. Very heavy set: no priority or international shipping.
