D/j has 1/4" tear on lower rear heel of spine corner of d/j. (Apparently a new book which became damp on the corner and edge of front board). With a preface by W.W. Hill. Cream colored cloth spine and edges with gold lettering on spine, black boards with gold lettering. 255 pages.. First. Hard Cover. Good+ to Very Good/Price Clipped Else Vg. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
