Quarter bound blue linen over light green boards, gilt lettering on spine, gilt American Eagle design on cover, numeous black and white and color illustrations, including photographs, frontispiece is full black and white photograph of, "Lindbergh landing at Croyden, England, May 29, 1927". . Page edges and pages lightly yellowed, slight musty odor, small stain on top page edge, else volume is tight, square and clean. Unclipped dust jacket shows some shelf-wear, head and heel of spine and corners worn, small tears to upper corners, jacket is slightly yellowed, in protective mylar cover. . B&W and Color photographs. 4to 11" - 13" tall. 416 pp .
