[2 (blank)], 118, [2 (blank)] pages. Brown pebble grain cloth boards with gilt lettering on front board. Black border to front board. Page dimensions: 173 x 131mm. All page edges dyed red. Yellow endpapers. With a 7 page Preface to the American Edition. Illustrations on pages [28 (frontispiece)], 50, 55, 58, 59, 60. .
