New York: Viking, 1966. First edition / First printing. Blue cloth spine, green cloth boards, Fine in near fine dust jacket with minimally darkened spine and flap folds, several short tears, including a 1/8" chip to the top of the front panel. This is the first issue with the spine lettering reading top to bottom.
