A romantic novel by Peter Nicolaevich Krassnoff (1869-1947), a leader of the White Army opposition during the Russian Revolution who was executed after WW II by the Red Army. This is a Very Good copy of a reprint from the Duffield First Edition. (Quercus speculates due to their name that the publisher was a politically-motivated publisher.) Red cloth binding with black lettering. Clean text; 272 pages. Light rubbing, mild soiling; no dustjacket. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Reprint.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
