Book Condition: Good +; wear at head, tail, tips, and front board fore edge; moisture stains to spine. No DJ. Red cloth boards and spine with tarnished gilt lettering on front board and oval portrait of Ford affixed to front board. Suggestions About Selling, a bifold paper gives suggestions on sales talk to sell the book is laid in. In two locations are 15 b/w photographs about HF and Ford Motor Company, chapters of sample text, blank subscription pages at rear, and a sample spine cloth mounted on rear pastedown for an alternate color choice. Non-paginated 8vo. This book was used by salesmen to allow prospects to read a bit of the book, see what it was all about, and sign up orders for the book to be delivered at a later date. The book was not only to promote Ford and Ford Vehicles but to polish up his image a bit from his anti-semitic newspaper. A clean very presentable copy.
