Uncommon; unique thus. In Portuguese. Series: Pathologia social, III || "Abel Acácio de Almeida Botelho (23 September 1855 - 1917), born in Tabuaco and deceased in Argentina, was a Portuguese military officer and diplomat, but distinguish himself as a writer. In 1911, he took part on the commission which chose and approved the draft for what would be the current flag of Portugal." -- Wikipedia.
