Soiling to the covers and a musty odor, but no evidence of damp staining. Mild lift to the front board. Previous owner's name to the front pastedown, along with marginalia relating her to the families mentioned in the genealogical information. The notations are few, but there are pencilled lines in the margins on many pages. 117 pp., some black and white plates, blanks at rear for recording further genealogy of family members.
