The Allegory of Love, Cecil Harwood's copy.On the flyleaf, written in Harwood's hand: "A C Harwood". Dark blue cloth boards with gilt text on the spine. 378 pp. Indexed. The book is dedicated to Owen Barfield, the third of the regulars in the trio that did annual walking tours.The book has wear at the edges and cracked hinges at the half title page and the last page of the index. The text block is tight. Harwood made a few light pencil marks in the margin. Book condition less than very good.
