Hardcover, bound in dark blue cloth titled in gilt on the spine, laid into a blue & white dust wrapper. The covers are bumped. The dust jacket is soiled and the edges of the jacket are slightly chipped with a couple of tiny tears. xviii & 366 pages, illustrated with mathematical diagrams. A previous owner's name is penned at the top of the front endpaper and also on the rear pastedown. Very good in a good dust wrapper.

First edition.
