Orig. published in 1951, this is still a First Edition, but 22nd printing, from 1974, with a personalized bookplate SIGNED by the Author inside front cover. Oversized hardcover book has decorative paper over boards, NO DJ. Condition is Near Fine exceptionally clean & bright, NO fading & extremely minimal edgewear, including mild corner bumping. Binding tight & square, pages white, slight dust dulling to external page edges. A few very slight nicks/rubbed spots to front cover.
