Published without dust jacket. Gift inscription second page in on the title page. PLEASE NOTE: The previous owner had applied a clear liquid protector to the boards. The boards now show somewhat glossy. I have never seen this done before so I am uncertain as to how it was done. But it appears that an amber liquid was applied to the cloth boars and then it dries leaving a protective coating on the cloth. It is not unattractive. It gives the boards an amber, glossy appearance rather than showing the original cloth. This copy is the first 1982 printing.
