Brown cloth, gilt lettering and bird image front and spine, front endpaper is tinted photo of Alaskan tundra, rear endpaper is map of Alaska. Heavy book, extra for international shipping. ; 7-1/2" x 10"; XVIII, 464 pp; E. A. Kitchin was a noted birder and author of "Birds of the Alaskan Peninsula", published Port Angeles, WA: Olympic Printers, 1949. ; Light soiling to boards, both hinges cracked though holding well - part of mull revealed at rear hinge, prior owner bookplate (E. A. Kitchin) to rear of half title page, interior otherwise unmarked. .
