Detroit: Marine Historical Society of Detroit. Very Good with no dust jacket. 1969. First Edition. Softcover. Brief histories of ships launched for Great Lakes shipping from 1955 to 1969 occupy the first 17 pages. The remaining pages are dedicate to ships mostly built in the 20th century and decommissioned from '55 - '69. About 25 pages of photos of ships in the rear are unpaged (two photos per page). Index of ships included. This publicaiton obviously involved a tremendous amount of research. Crease to lower front corner of white pictorial wrappers. ; 4to 11" - 13" tall; 89 pages .
