Frederick A. Praeger, 1961. First Edition . Cloth. Fine/Very Good. Slightly smaller, sturdy, thick book, brown cloth with orange abstract design on front, 664 lightly browned pages. DJ beneath mylar has yellow background, black abstract design at front left, white back lightly browned with ads. DJ has two micronicks at top front edge, one at bottom front edge, microtears and crease at spine top edge, one at spine bottom edge, three microtears at top back edge, micronick and microtear at bottom back edge. Very Good DJ/Very Fine book.
