A facsimile of the handwritten journal of Max Morgan, pilt and propietor of the Aerobleu jazz club in 1940s Paris. Narrow quarto (282 x 140mm). Unpaginated. Quarter bound in unstamped brown cloth with sides of black paper boards stamped in silver on the upper panel. Aluminium slipcase printed in colour. Previous owner's initials neatly in ink on the half-title else a clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy without dust jacket (as issued).
