Illustrated. Measures 5" x 7.5", 394 pages. Bound in publisher's original dark blue leather with embossed borders and gilt titling. Top edge gilt with blue ribbon bookmark sewn-in. The book is in very good condition. Minor wear to the boards and edges with small ding to the rear board. Sunning to the spine with wear and tears to the edges. Bookstore's sticker on the front endpaper. Three in tear to page xxi of the Introduction. The binding is starting. The textblock is gently toned, clean, bright, unmarked, and complete. Synopsis

The Adventures of Oliver Twist is the second novel by English author Charles Dickens. The book was initially published serially from February 1837 through April 1839 in Bentley’s Miscellany, a periodical edited by Dickens. In the classic rags-to-riches story, the orphan and escapee Oliver Twist must find his way through the criminal-filled streets of London.
