B/w portrait frontispiece with tissue guard, numerous other b/w illustrations. Original brown cloth binding with spine label, gilt lettering, blind stamped decoration, very good and bright with a little general wear only, cloth very slightly frayed to head of spine, spine label slightly chipped to edges. Contents clean and tight, minimal spotting. A very good tight copy..
