Book includes sections on historical, social, and economic contexts for development, and looking at a possible government administrative framework and leader training before making some interesting conclusions. Off-white cloth with gilt titling on spine, four pages of black and white photographs at centre of the book, 110 pages. Corners and spine ends very slightly worn, spine slightly sunned and cocked,previous owner's name stamped on front endpapers, end papers foxed, occasional foxing spots in text, interior in very good condition, tightly bound. Dust jacket, which is not price-clipped, has shelf wear, edgewear with chipping and creasing, there is a 1" by .05"open tear at the bottom of the spine, back of cover darkened with various pale brown marks. Shipping charges are calculated for a standard parcel under 1 kg. Additional charges will apply for heavier shipments, but not until the customer agrees.
