All volumes in publisher's brown cloth with gilt titles on the spines and front covers. All half title pages present, with the faint signature of an early owner in ink on the half titles.
Volume 1- 260 pp. + 16 p. publisher's ads. Both hinges cracked, with front board coming loose. Covers show minor scuffing and bumping, particularly at the spine ends and corners. Slight age toning of text, but no other marks or damage.
Volume 2 - 267 pp. + 16 p. publisher's ads. Rear hinge starting, but binding still sound. Slight scuffing and bumping on covers. No marks or damage to text.
Volume 3 - 263 pp.+ 16 p. publisher's ads. Rear hinge starting, but binding still sound. A small tear at top of the spine. Covers show minor scuffing and bumping. Text is still quite clean and unmarked.. AS.
