Clean and tight, with white unmarked pages. Ten chapters with patron acknowledgements at end of book, illustrations, maps and charts. Many bibliography references scattered throughout book. Once part of the Cherokee Indian Nation, Acworth resides in Cobb county, at the foot of the North Georgia Mountains. This history contains information about the town's history; the Cherokee and early history, land lotteries, farming, local churchs and government, the Civil War, Sherman's March, industry, etc. A great copy.
