New York: Harcourt, Brace and Company, 1959. Book Club Edition. Octavo. 8.5 x 5.75 inches. 584 pp. Near Fine / Very Good. Blue textured plastic-covered case, stamped white lettering on spine. Deckled fore edge and green top stain. Dust jacket intact. Head and tail of spine slightly bumped and rubbed. Very slight rubbing to all tips. Half-inch tear at bottom of front hinge. Text block clean, tight, unmarked, crisp. Dust jacket lightly rubbed and chipped at spine ends; lightly rubbed at front and rear folds, as well as edges of spine; slightly sunned along folds of flaps. Now in archival protective cover.

Village Lights Bookstore opened as a brick-and-mortar shop in 2008. We are a "mom & pop" business, and we live in the same building. We are members of the Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America, the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers, the American Booksellers Association, and the Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association. We offer a modest, but diverse, selection of rare, collectible, and antiquarian items, as well as select higher quality new books. We carefully grade our books in accordance with IOBA Book Condition Definitions (https://www.ioba.org/conditions-definitions), describe them using standard ABAA terminology (https://www.abaa.org/glossary), and painstakingly package them to prevent damage in transit.
