New York: Charles Scribners Sons, 1950. Solid copy. 1950 printed on title page but no A on copyright page so not first printing but same year. Textblock tight and square. Two ownership stamps on front endpaper and one on last free endpaper. Former owner name on front pastedown under flap of jacket. Small stain on front board below Hemingway facsimilie signature which is bright and clean in gilt. Price intact jacket has several chips to top of back panel, base of spine and smaller chip at bottom of front panel near front flap. Orange lettering to front panel of jacket and yellow background on spine still pretty bright. In mylar. . Early Printing. Cloth. Very Good Plus/Good Plus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
