London: Bemrose And Sons Ltd., 1904. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Harold Percival. 1st Printing FIRST PRINTING of First Edition. Ex-library with bookplate, spine number, and stamp on title page. Original green cloth with white & black decoration front, black lettering front, gilt lettering spine. The book has 5 library marks: spine number, library bookplate on front pastedown, library stamp on title page, library stamp on top edge and bottom edge of text block. No other library marks. The book has rubbed corners, 3cm split in cloth at top front spine crease, a few cover marks, solid binding, no writing or marks other than those already mentioned, no foxing. The book measures 213mm tall x 150mm and has 444 pages + 100 pages appendices + 11 page index + 3 pages of advertisement, 119 b/w photos and illustrations in the main text, 60 b/w photos/maps,diagrams in the appendices. PHOTOS ARE OF THE ACTUAL BOOK BEING OFFERED.
