ESTC T18794, but here the 4 unnumbered pages are bound at the end rather than after page 174 and also here without the final errata leaf. Printed by WIlliam Bowyer, 500 copies printed. Old leather boards with new spine and also a repaired patch to the rear board. New front end papers, with a window showing an old owner's inscription - Thos Dawson Felmonger in Coventry. Rear free end paper repaired. The volume is contained within a custom made book box..
