About This Item

Somerville, NJ: Clark S. Yowell, (1928). First Edition. Octavo pamphlet, 15pp. Only 90 copies printed. This copy has at some point in its history been bound into an octavo hardcover volume with ca. 100 blank leaves, presumably to provide shelf presence. Red cloth over cloth-covered boards, title faintly stamped on spine; Very Good.

An elusive pamphlet; the text originally printed in Richard Blome's The Present State of His Majesties Isles and Territories in America (1687).
