Cambridge, England: Cambridge at the Univ.Press, 1935. CONGRATULATING HIM ON THE CELEBRATION OF THE SILVER JUBILEE OF HIS MOST ILLUSTRIOUS REIGN. A beautiful book, in greatcondition, with it's original heavy oil-cloth dust jacket and slip case covered in the same material. Laid in in the front of the book is a typed, signed letter, on House of Commons stationery, from Sir William Brass, a member of Paliament, indicating that he and a collegue had compiled the book "in memory of one of the most moving scenes we are ever likely to be privileged ro witness." The book also contains 2 photos of the occasion and a plan of Westminster Hall. All is bound in blue morocco leather. A very fine production, indeed.. Signed by Compiler. First Edition. Leather. Very Good/Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
