Inscribed by Chase Osborn to Alf Landon and dated January 17, 1941; There is a discoloration/staining along the upper outside corner, affecting some of the leaves, though not into any of the text; There is some discoloration along the outside edge of the bottom board; Scattered, light foxing; Volume remains tight and text is clear; Inscription is bold and very clear; Nice association copy.; Signed by Subject .
