Boston: Houghton, Mifflin Company. Very Good. 1913. Stapled wraps. "Together with testimonies by Emerson, Whittier, Holmes, and Lowell, and a biographical sketch of Carl Schurz." No. 133 of the Riverside Literature Series. This is a small publication in the publisher's original gray printed, stapled wrappers. There is a previous owner bookplate inside the front wrapper which covers part of the publisher's printed list of titles in this series (which is continued inside the rear wrapper). There is also a small, neat previous owner name dated 1920 on the front end paper, else this is a clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings. ; Riverside Literature Series Series; Frontis Portrait; 16mo 6" - 7" tall; 91 pages .
