Pictorial ivory board binding rubbed at extremities; spine ends chipped, 3" portion of backstrip paper missing; boards slightly foxed/soiled; juvenile pencilled scribbling on paste-downs, endpapers, a few margins; leaves a bit dampstained at top edges; textblock cracked at one point in binding; leaf edges, endpapers foxed, else a good reference copy of this curious study. No dj.; Great b&w ils.; includes a bit of company history for Burnett's Extracts, "The Essence of Economy". ; 8vo; 44 pages .
