[xii], 250 pp. Front jacket portrait of actor Richard Massey portraying Lincoln by Norman Rockwell. Includes cast list from the premiere production of this play at the National Theatre in Washington, DC, on October 3rd, 1938. This play gained Sherwood the second of his three Pulitzer Prizes for Drama and was the basis for the 1940 film of the same title. ; 250 pages .
