Wraps are not bent (except as noted) or folded; spine is not creased or split; text is secure in binding. 281 pp 8vo. This is the autobiography of a teacher that covers his life as it evolves from horse and buggy to the Dust Bowl and finally a modern life in the 1980s in a town of 300,000. He was a teacher in a one-room school and describes the toil and troubles of making ends meet for school and teacher. His career in the Oklahoma schools is covered as his time in the Wichita Kansas public schools as a teacher, principal, and an administrator. A clean very presentable copy.
