London: James Neale, 1877. Subscription only, not published. Quarter bound, with gilt titling to upper board. Colour title page, dedication page, Preface, List of Subscribers. xii., 36 pages, 60 full page plates, as called for, although not bound in listed order. Appears to have been rebacked at some stage with good repairs to some page edges. Soiling, scuffing, bumping to covers, spine, some staining, spotting to some edges. James Neale (1851-1909) was in the office of George Edmund Street at one time, thence the RA Schools, where he was the Pugin Student in 1875, and won the RIBA Silver Medal (Drawings) in 1876, with these drawings. Uncommon. [15868/637] . First Edition.. Quarter Bound. Very Good. 560mm. x 375mm.. Book.
