PM Press, 2009-04-01. First Edition. Hardcover. Acceptable. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Signed. Flat-signed by Miller on title page in black ink, the text is clean and unmarked, moisture damage has warped the front board toward bottom edge and spine, however there are no damp stains on boards, the dust jacket (NOT price-clipped) is wavy and the inside of the dust jacket shows a light large damp stain, the text escaped any damage apart from a little waviness on early pages along bottom edge. "The Blues are a married man's Buddhism.
