Two hardcover books, both First Editions, both with unclipped dust jackets:---"Mons to the Somme", 1994, xiii + 237 pages including maps, plus black-and-white illustrations; very gently used ex-library copy with several stamps and labels (but no disfiguring card pocket), bumps to cover edges, spine slightly slanted, but tight in binding, text pages very clean and unmarked, overall Very Good - condition; mylar-protected DJ has small spine label, rubbing to spine bottom, but is bright, clean and attractive, also Very Good -;---"From Bloody April", 1995, xiii + 265 pages including maps, plus black-and-white illustrations; also ex-library copy with several stamps and labels (but no disfiguring card pocket), wear to bottom cover edges, spine slanted and creased, finger soiling to fore edges, but tight in binding, text pages clean and unmarked (except for a few light butter-finger stains from ignorant fools who simply must eat while reading), overall Good condition; mylar-protected DJ has no spine label, but numerous tiny chips, particularly at spine bottom, very bright, clean and attractive, Very Good - condition. .
