About This Item

Hardcover. Good. The property of John P. Baker, 902 Union Arcade Building. Quarto, half leather, 300 pp, mainly all filled in with pencil notes on properties throughout Allegheny County, recording prices, transfers, lot sizes, sometimes with drawings and plans detailing the area and location of properties, all done in pencil. Baker was an attorney and was apparently a well established one in estate and property management. We have no idea whether he did these notes himself, or one of his clerks or paralegals. Pages tanning and moderate wear to binding. Invaluable resource for property history in Pittsburgh!
