Robert Fitzgerald mortgages a lot on the south side of Parmenter St., identified as lot #12. Signed by Robert Fitzgerald and Mary Fitzgerald, witness Charles D. Weir, and the Orange County notary public, Geo. H. Clark. In Very Good Condition: light folds; just starting to separate at ends of folds; clean and crisp.
