Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Wagner & McGuigan, Lithographer, 1854. Very good to fine; some light spotting, pinholes to foot, light chipping to edges.. Engraved scaled survey of the Harbor of Cleveland, Ohio, showing "pier work recommended by the Board of Engineers". Published "To accompany the Report of the Board of Engineers, Lake Harbors & Western Rivers" on May 27th, 1854. Adapted from a survey by Captain Howard Stansbury (1806-1863), a prominent cartographer and civil engineer who had a lasting impact on the development of the Great Lakes region.

Measures 5" by 11.25"; verso blank. Engraved.
