Probably French - 19th century. 10 fan shaped pieces- 8 of them painted recto verso thus 18 designs. Measurements vary slightly but roughly 16 inches in diameter and 5 inches high. Very decorative and delicate, mostly floral/rococ designs. Some wear. Please ask for additional photographs.
