An interesting altered book that started out as a copy of Harold Joyce Noble's 1946 book "What it Takes to Rule Japan", but a crude cartoon of a lecherous man groping a young woman on a park bench is pasted to the front cover. The insides of the book have been hollowed out to create an interior space, inside of which a young woman's lacy knickers are shown with a padlocked chastity belt. No! No! A Thousand Times No! Was the title of a popular ditty in 1934and was later the title of a Betty Boop cartoon. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall .
