New York: E. P. Dutton, 1937. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/No Jacket. Hardcover/ no DJ; VG++ to Near Fine condition. Stated First Edition; 1st printing- no note of further ones. Red-orange cloth binding w/ black clock arm decoration on frontis tight, clean & square w/ only lightest wear- trace of rubbing & soil; v. small (1/16- almost missed it) surface nick at base of ""U"" on spine. Black stamped front cover decoration & all other lettering crisp & intact. NO bumps, frays or spine fade/ discolor. Text is tight, clean, unmarked, hint of toning; no creased or dogeared pages. NO owner names, gift notes or hinge splits; NOT ex library. Handsome, well preserved copy- displays very well.
