Jeff C. West is an entrepreneur with over 31 years' experience in sales, sales management, and business ownership. He has coached and led sales teams in multiple industries and has been among the top sales performers and sales managers in the nation.
For over twenty years, Jeff was in the voluntary insurance benefits industry with "Aflac" - the top brand and leader in that industry. As an independent contractor and sales coordinator with "Aflac," he was able to find his preferred blend of business ownership and sales mentoring. He qualified for "Aflac's Founders' Award For Management Excellence" twenty-five times and qualified for numerous state and national conventions. Jeff recently retired from his position as an "Aflac State Sales Coordinator" after ten years in the Houston, Texas area, where Jeff led a team of over three-hundred independent agents and thirty-five sales managers to the ""Aflac Top Ten"" multiple times and qualified for Aflac's President's Club.
Although Jeff has lived in Texas for over twenty-four years, he is originally from Dalton, Georgia, a small town in the northwest corner of the state. That blend of the two states that he calls home come together giving Jeff a story telling style that is both easy to read and highly effective at teaching principles for success in sales and entrepreneurialism.
Jeff has earned a B.S. Ed. from Jacksonville State University; a M.M. from Texas A&M University, Commerce; and a CLF(r) from the American College. Jeff has two adult daughters, Lindsay and Whitney. He currently resides in the Houston, Texas area with his lovely wife, Laurie.
