Dr. Richard also serves as Professor of Global Theological Engagement and Pastoral Ministries at Dallas Theological Seminary and as General Convener of the 2016 Global Proclamation Congress for Pastoral Trainers to be held, the Lord willing, in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr. Richard holds a ThD in Systematic Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and PhD in Philosophy from the University of Delhi.
