This booklet about arrivals by sea attempts to collect the records that are available for the various colonies that made up Australia prior to Federation in 1901, and the period thereafter, and to New Zealand. Brief descriptions are given of the records, the record repository and reference number. The types of records covered includes passenger lists of ships, indexes which have been compiled, passenger cards and other records that provide information relating to ship of arrival, e.g. musters and other registers.
