SIGNED by Harold Pinter on the front end paper. Pinter's tragicomedy about a professor who brings his wife home to meet his working-class family. The play opened at the Aldwych Theatre in London on June 3, 1965, and was performed by the Royal Shakespeare Company, Peter Hall director. It opened on Broadway in 1967 and won four Tony Awards and the New York Drama Critics Award. An Easton Press "Collector's Edition." Laid in is an Easton Press "certificate of authenticity" as well as a note about the play and author.
CONDITION: A Fine copy.
