Two three-quarter leather hardcovers with marbled boards and calf leather; 349k pages total plus publisher's adverts. Good plus condition: moderate wear to leather; one of the spine labels on vol. II is missing and the other is chipped; both are straight and tight; a handful of pages with minor soiling; most pages in excellent condition; inner front hinge of volume I cracked at title page but it is holding very well..
